Notice to our customers

We wish to advise our clients that the ministère des Ressources naturelles(MRN) owns new original seismic field data. These data include the field recordings, and generally the chaining notes, survey notes and observer notes.

If you wish to have data reprocessed, you must complete the present form and send it by fax to the attention of bureau des hydrocarbures at (418) 644-1445.

The data will be sent by the MNRF directly to the seismic processing center of your choice, as specified on the form. Following reprocessing, the original seismic field data will be sent back to the MRN, along with a raster file (TIF format) of the seismic profile giving a complete sequence of processing parameters, and a SEG-Y file for each completed processing sequence

The files generated through reprocessing of the original field data will become public three years after the date of reception of the duly completed form.
